And then, suddenly, a deer.

Woodland is the third issue of Beautiful Beginnings, a growing archive inspired by the small moments that make us stop, look, and pay attention.

This collection began on a walk through a state park — listening to the birds and water, noticing the quiet of the woods, and then catching sight of a deer among the trees.

It is an invitation to notice what is already there.

Archive Notes

The woodland is full of things we could easily walk past.

A bird calling from somewhere we cannot see.
The movement of water.
A branch crossing the path.
A shape between the trees.
A deer appearing for just a moment before disappearing again.

We don't always need to go somewhere extraordinary to find something worth remembering.

Sometimes we simply need to slow down enough to notice.

Woodland was born from that walk — from the peaceful sounds, the quiet surroundings, and one unexpected encounter with a deer.

Because creativity begins long before the page.

It begins with paying attention.

Unlike many stationery collections, Beautiful Beginnings intentionally includes simple, everyday papers instead of designer paper. They are meant to be replaced, layered, written on, and combined with the papers you already have at home.

Each paper is selected to work beautifully with book pages, vintage paper, and neutral scraps.

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other taxes are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Free Letter Mail generally arrives within 5–10 business days.

Ground Advantage usually arrives within 2–5 business days.
