These small calendar cards are reproductions of the months illustrated by Eugène Grasset, one of my favorite Art Nouveau artists.
I print them on cream 25% cotton paper because the texture feels just as important as the artwork itself. The soft finish, rich colors, and beautiful contrast give each little card a remarkable presence despite its small size.
What I admire most is how perfectly each illustration captures the feeling of its month. Together they celebrate the passing of the seasons through color, symbolism, and thoughtful design.
They are small enough to slip effortlessly into a journal, yet they have a wonderful way of completing a page almost the moment they are placed.
